What is desiccant dehumidification?
Desiccant dehumidification rotors utilize high-capacity substrates, such as silica gel or molecular sieves, housed in laser-cut aluminum to effectively remove moisture at low vapor pressures. This technology is ideal for preventing industrial corrosion and condensation. We offer rotors in sizes up to 3.5 meters in diameter and depths ranging from 100 to 400 mm, along with customizable options.
-
What is passive dehumidification?
A passive dehumidification rotor, also known as a Cromer wheel, utilizes desiccant media in a rotating wheel to absorb and transfer moisture without the need for external heat. This makes it ideal for humidity control in clean rooms, archives, and storage facilities. The standard sizes range up to 3.5 meters in diameter and have depths of 100 to 200 millimeters.
-
What is energy recovery?
Ostberg energy recovery wheels are designed to transfer both sensible and latent heat between exhaust and supply air streams, significantly enhancing HVAC system efficiency. These high-performance rotors are available in a standard 3.5-meter diameter with depth options ranging from 100 to 200 mm. They can be equipped with either single-phase or three-phase motors, and feature adjustable purge sections to minimize cross-contamination and maximize performance.
